Thermoplastic 3D Printing

Our thermoplastic 3D printing products include high-grade engineered filaments for the professional maker who needs high performance.  Products here are produced with engineered thermoplastic resins and compounds.  We provide products with UV protection, FR ratings, ESD suppression, and EMI conductivity.  These engineered composites are made to order and have some lead time required – typically 1 to 3 weeks.  Pick your material and add your specifications to the order.  We offer nylon, PC, PBT, and PEI 3D printing materials.

Most of these materials print at very high temperatures and require printers capable of temperatures in excess of 270 °C.  This thermoplastic 3D printing material may warp as it cools, so make sure you use a heating bed.  With this product, you can make gears, levers, connectors, shear pins, enclosures, sockets, and shafts.  Applications include automotive parts, parts for material movers, outdoor equipment, and construction.
