Shipping & Return Policy
Terrafilum® offers free shipping for all orders over $99 within the lower 48 states. Shipments usually take 2-6 days to arrive, depending on the items ordered and your shipping location. With rare exceptions, all USA orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, except in special situations with prior agreement from Terrafilum®.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be assigned to all shipments being returned to Terrafilum®. The RMA# can be obtained by contacting us at support@Terrafilum.com. Each RMA# can only be used one time for one shipment. RMA#’s are canceled if not used within 30 days. The RMA# must be prominently displayed on the shipping label. If the RMA# is not visible, the shipment may be refused. DO NOT place shipping labels or write the RMA# on the outside of the manufacturer’s boxes. Over-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons.
Terrafilum® will not accept returns of filament once the packaging has been opened.
Damaged Returns / Shortages
Terrafilum® must be notified of damaged or short-shipped items within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Terrafilum® will send our shipper to your facility to inspect and pick-up damaged items. Terrafilum® will not be held responsible for concealed damage and/or incorrect shipment claims beyond 5 business days of receipt.
Please refuse receipt from carrier for any packages that have visible damage upon delivery and contact Terrafilum® immediately.
Freight on defective returns is the responsibility of the customer. Returns are for replacement only. Terrafilum® will pay outgoing shipping costs for the replacement merchandise.
Terrafilum® will only accept returns of filament once the packaging has been opened at their discretion and only after the buyer provides pictures of filament issues and only within the first 30 days of purchase.
The following items may NOT be returned to Terrafilum®:
- Items from orders that are over 30 days old
- Used items
- Discontinued items
- Clearance Sale items
- Items not purchased from Terrafilum®
- Items missing the original packaging
Credit for items received will be issued at the original purchase, discounted, or the current selling price, whichever is lower. Terrafilum® refunds will be at the company’s discretion and with new material to replace defective materials.
All non-defective returns can be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees will be determined at the time an RMA# is issued.
